Weird Water Revelations: National Anthems Rule!

OK. Just when you thought it couldn’t get weirder … while browsing the Internet looking for more interesting information about Dr. Emoto’s work I came across a page on his web site with a list of links to (of all things) National Anthem Water Crystal movies for 22 different countries. These are videos of the effect that each national anthem has on water crystals. It’s pretty cool stuff. It seems that water just likes national anthems across the board … Here’s the one for the U.S. National Anthem. I liked it the best!

What the Bleep? More Reflections on the Nature of Water

This is a short snippet from the movie “What the Bleep Do We Know?” where actress Marlee Matlin’s character listens in on a guided tour of a public exhibit of Dr. Emoto’s work. The exhibit appears to be on the platform of a subway station (weird!) and the tour guide offers a brief explanation of his work. The clip ends with the gentleman standing next to her asking her a thought-provoking question: ‘If thoughts could do that to water, imagine what our thoughts could do to us?’

If you haven’t seen this movie yet, I highly recommend it. It’s part documentary, part drama, and part animation and it explores the worlds of Quantum Physics, Neurology, and Molecular Biology in relation to the spheres of Spirituality, Metaphysics and Polish weddings! Never a dull moment!

The Hidden Messages in Water: An Inexplicable Phenomenon

I’ve always had a secret fascination with water in motion … you know … rivers, streams, waterfalls, water fountains, drops on the water and the ripple effects they create (the inspiration for my company’s logo). I guess I have a natural affinity with water (one reason why I live in a coastal city) and because freedom is one of my highest values I can relate to the power of free-flowing water –especially in its natural state. That having been said, it’s probably no surprise that I’m also fascinated and intrigued by the work of Dr. Masuro Emoto and the larger implications of his findings. The idea that water has a consciousness and memory of it’s own is pretty amazing –an inexplicable phenomenon– and yet his work seems to support that very notion.

Here’s a cool 5-minute video I found that sort of summarizes the ideas behind his work and provides some visuals that can help you wrap your mind around it. Seeing is believing, as they say!
