Planet Green put together this excellent article that summarizes some of the key ways you can conserve water – another important step towards going green. You’d be surprised how much water you can save by something as simple as repairing a leaky faucet, or installing a low-flow showerhead or toilet!
The other surprise in this article is how much safer most tap water is than all the bottled water options out there. It also has some useful suggestions for harvesting greywater (water that’s been used at least once but is still clean enough for other jobs) and even switching to a waterless car wash.
